Gemini Relationships Confused

Once you realize there is a problem, say something. Why is it when there is a problem in a relationship there is a fear of confrontation? Am I wrong because i choose to confront a situation head on? No I am not wrong. The best way to solve a problem is to address a problem. There is no other way to handle an issue in any type of relationship. People make mistakes sure but take responsibility for them.
